You’ll have access to daily Mat Pilates sessions, guided meditation, and journaling
to ground your body and mind. Depending on your chosen bundle,
your mornings will begin with either Reformer Pilates sessions in the serene Gymberry studio
or energising kitesurfing lessons by the sea.
