We created this retreat to offer something deeper than just a getaway.
In those 5 days and 4 nights you will reconnect with your body, your breath,
nature, and a small community by the sea.

Each day begins with fresh air, calm energy, and your chosen focus.
In the morning, you’ll either join a dynamic Reformer Pilates session in a small group
or head out into the water for an energising kitesurf lesson,
depending on which path you’ve chosen. Both tracks are led by experienced
instructors, and both are designed to meet you where you’re at.

In the afternoons, we all come together. You’ll flow through guided Mat Pilates on the beach, followed by shared activities like journaling, meditation, and time to simply rest or explore.
Each participant joins one of two bundles.
